Shape of Flat Die Cutter

Double edge 42°

Double-sided, blade angle 42 degrees. The most standard shape.

Double-edged 30° blade
A double-edged blade with a 30-degree blade angle. Used on surfaces requiring sharpness, such as special films.

Single-sided

blade with a 51-degree angle. Used for straight cuts on outer diameters and cutting materials such as gaskets, seals, etc.

Single-sided, two-stage blade
A single-edged, two-stage blade with a 51-degree blade angle. Same as the single-edged blade, used for straight cuts, deburring, etc.

Two-stage blade
A two-stage blade shape with a 55-degree blade angle. It emphasizes durability and is used for materials of a certain thickness, such as synthetic paper.
